As a consumer you can cancel a contract for digital content within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason.

At checkout you can ask for immediate access to the course. In that case you confirm this sentence: «I ask for immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right to cancel once access begins.» Once access begins, the right to cancel ends.

To cancel a purchase whose access has not begun, write to support@moienlab.lu with your order reference within 14 days. We refund the full amount within 14 days of your request, by the same payment method.
